This expansive villa features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, complete with a private pool that overlooks the west-facing conservation area. Located in the prestigious gated community of Bella Vida, it is just minutes away from major attractions.

The home has been freshly painted, new carpets installed, and the bedrooms are tastefully themed, including three king-size master suites. Photos taken May 2024. The villa offers two living areas, providing ample space to unwind. Upon entry, the bright front living room features comfortable sofas and a breakfast nook. The rear living room includes a large TV, perfect for family movie nights, and opens up to the pool deck through large patio doors. The outdoor pool area faces west, allowing for plenty of sunshine throughout the afternoon. Enjoy meals in the shaded area, take a dip in the clear pool, or relax on the loungers.

A BBQ is available for guest use, with an additional charge for preparation (includes a full propane tank and cleaning before and after your stay). Pool heating is also available at an extra cost. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family. It features a breakfast bar for quick snacks, as well as a formal dining table for more substantial gatherings. Upstairs, there is a game area with arcade machines that kids will enjoy. The villa includes three master king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom is themed around Hogwarts, another has a queen bed featuring Mickey from Fantasia, and a full room showcases Minnie Mouse. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle, designed with an outer space theme and special lighting effects. In total, there are 5 bathrooms and a half bath downstairs.
