The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including Keurig and regular coffee makers. There's breakfast bar seating and a bright dining area for meals together.

The home boasts two elegantly decorated king bedrooms. The spacious primary room includes its own sitting area, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Along with a queen bedroom, there are two themed children's rooms—one Marvel superhero and one Disney princess.

The private pool area overlooks an open grassy space with no rear neighbors, creating a private oasis. Enjoy the crystal-clear pool, soak up the sun on the loungers, or relax in the hot tub. The shaded area with a patio table and chairs is lit with string lights for a cozy atmosphere at night, and there's a TV to enjoy while outside.

The air-conditioned game/theatre room is perfect for year-round enjoyment, featuring a full-size pool table, home cinema with movie theater seats, a 75” smart TV, and an arcade machine.

High Grove Resort is a popular base for vacationers due to its premium facilities and superb location close to the crossing of Highways 27 and 192.
