This bright home is located next to the golf course in the Highlands Reserve area, ideally located close to all local attractions, shops and restaurants With a private pool area and movie/game room, this is home perfect for a family holiday. 

The generous living room has three comfortable sofas – ideal for watching large screen TVs with cable services. The room leads to the side of the lake that backs onto the golf course with plenty of green space and mature trees. 

Outside, there are tables and chairs for dining under the shaded area, as well as plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the Florida weather. Please inquire in advance if you require pool heat or BBQ hire - they may be available at an additional charge. 

The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate any size meal for your family, as well as a large fridge/fridge. There is a heated breakfast nook, or a formal dining area where meals can be enjoyed. 

The stunning master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite and bathtub, walk-in shower and double sinks. There’s a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms – one with a full size bed – so there’s plenty of room to take your group. Each bedroom has a TV and includes high-speed WiFi. 

The movie/game room in this home is amazing! You can enjoy a movie projected on a big screen with movie-style seats. Soccer tables and a putting mat are available to provide hours of entertainment. 

High quality towels and linens are provided, as well as a washer and dryer for guests to use.
