Beautifully decorated villa in Reunion Resort

This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is located in the upscale Reunion Resort.

As soon as you enter, you’ll feel at home. The family room features comfortable sofas, a large screen smart TV, built-in shelving, and a desk for work or kids’ activities. French doors provide a light and airy feel and open to the pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen has new high-end stainless steel appliances and a utility area with a washer and dryer. The elegant dining room seats 6 and is perfect for meals before heading to the parks. There’s also a TV with a Wii games console.

All bedrooms are upstairs. At the top of the stairs, there’s a door leading to a balcony with a fan and views over the golf course. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Its adjoining bathroom features a garden tub, separate shower, toilet, and vanity. There’s also a small desk area in the hallway.

The twin bedroom includes two twin beds and an additional pullout bed, its own TV, and a bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower. The second master bedroom has a double bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower.

The home is fully air-conditioned and each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

At the back of the house, there’s a pool with a safety fence. You can rent a BBQ and enjoy dinner by the pool while watching the kids play. Pool heating is available for an extra fee—just ask. Gas BBQ rental is available upon request. Don’t forget the games room in the garage, which includes a ping-pong table, dartboard, and bicycles for guest use.

There is a parking for 2 vehicles to the rear of the home.

Reunion Resort is close to a large Publix supermarket at Champions Gate which also offers a choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

Reunion Resort is located close to the I4 road network for easy access to all of the area theme parks and beaches.
