Downstairs, the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas span the rear of the home with new plank flooring. Relax together on the sectional sofa while enjoying cable TV and high-speed WiFi.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for family meals, including high-end stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and an eight-seater dining table.

Sliding glass doors lead to the expansive south-facing pool deck, which extends the width of the home. The private pool and bubbling spa bask in sunlight all day and overlook conservation land. Pool and spa heating are available for an extra fee. There’s also a covered patio area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The elegant master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. For the kids, there are two themed bedrooms: the Star Wars room with a full/twin bunk bed and the Mickey room with four twin beds, including a bunk bed. Each kids' room has its own bathroom. Additionally, there is a full-size bedroom downstairs with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms come with TVs.

The games room offers endless entertainment with ping-pong and foosball tables.

The home also includes a washer and dryer, as well as towels and linens for your convenience.

Bella Vida Resort is a quiet, gated community with high-end homes, just 8 miles from Disney and a short drive from Universal and SeaWorld. The resort clubhouse and pool overlook a large pond and offer plenty of loungers for sunbathing. There are also basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, and a playground for kids. The clubhouse features a gym, table tennis, and foosball.
