For your convenience, a pack-n-play and highchair are provided.

• BBQ Grill rental is $50. If propane runs out, you're responsible for exchanging the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens, typically costing around $30. We also offer full service for $120, ensuring a full gas tank and replacement if empty. Request 48 hours before check-in.
• Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. We charge an extra $20/night, capped at $300 for the entire stay.
